Comfort Inn Near Seaworld - Lackland AFB

This is worst hotel we stayed at in San Antonion so far. We only stayed for one night and experienced the following: - Light fixture hanging from ceiling, indicating very poor maintenance - Stains on the curtains, which looked like bloodstains to us but I could not be sure - A dirty sock left in the bathroom from the previous owner, indicating poor cleanliness - No hot water for the shower. When we reported this the hotel told us that we had to run the water for 5-10minutes to get the hot water, which seems crazy - Terrble breakfast with very limited options. I have never seen such a sorry set of food items presented. For example, a total of 5 yoghurts and no cream cheese for the bagels. When we reported the first 4 issues to the member of staff at reception she did not note down any of the issues and did not take any ownership of the problems we reported. Overall a very poor stay and you should avoid this hotel if you can. There are much better options at this price point.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The AC didn’t work, there was a bugs in the bathroom. Also had leaks in the ceiling which made the room smell like Mildew. Tried to get a refund or discount the manager wouldn’t do anything.

Awful! Expect motel standards at hotel pricing. The area is not safe, a lot of homeless activity going on around it. If you search google reviews you will find that they have frequest break ins both in and out of the hotel. This was not the case for us, but I must warn you that the only good you will get for your price is a very basic continental breakfast (think a orange and waffle) paired with some watered down coffee or watered down orange juice. Now for the disappointing part, you price will include stained bedsheets and matresses. Mice droppings and roaches! All visibly seen by me in our room! I could not get out of there fast enough and will make it a point to never return.

Absolutely a horrible stay. Dirty room dirty everywhere else. To top it off Microwave was broken. Called the front desk and was told to bad. Nasty place
