I had to click "When did you go" and "Who did you go with", but "I DID NOT" was not an option. Sleep Inn & Suites left me utterly disappointed with their questionable billing practices. I have spoken with the manager on multiple occasions, and he continues to push the issue off and does not return calls. Despite canceling my reservation well before their supposed 24-hour mark, I was slapped with charges for not one, not two, but four rooms that I never even set foot in. It's outrageous to be penalized for a cancellation made within a reasonable timeframe, only to find my hard-earned money snatched away unjustly. I would strongly caution anyone against using this hotel. It's a blatant display of disregard for customer satisfaction and a clear indication that their primary concern lies in padding their pockets at the expense of unsuspecting guests. If you value your time and money, avoid Sleep Inn & Suites and opt for a more reputable establishment that respects its patrons. I understand this is a value hotel, but it doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t expect better.
