The Westin has a beautiful "old style" mixed with modern that makes it elegant. The staff was amazing! When we checked in, Chris was very cordial and Miesha was such a sweetheart during check out. I told her that I "grew up" in the hotel business because my father worked in the business for many,
many years.
Although The Westin is close to a main street it's very quiet.
We really enjoyed betting able to dial room service which was delicious and was delivered by Stacey who was also very courteous as well. We will definitely return the next time we are in San Antonio.

The desk staff, parking, hotel room were all good. The Starbuck's coffee shop was supposed to open at 6am, but we waited for it to open and it still wasn't at 6:30am - very disappointed

Amie was the greatest at checkin, she gave me a wonderful upgrade and I am very thankful. Valarie who was working at the fd later, was also amazing and helpful. I love this hotel and the staff are top notch! Coming here for work is always a pleasure

The staff here are super helpful, ensuring things run smoothly when I need help and offer advice on things to do in the area. Amie at the front desk has all of the answers to my questions and always makes sure I have what I need. At the bar, Yesenia is great as well - knows what she is doing and always hustling. Everyone here is friendly and makes you feel at home!

I love staying at Westin North, every time I’m in San Antonio I always stay there, wouldn’t pick any other hotel!

Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating. I rarely saw any guests going up and down to my room. There are 4 elevators, one large outdoor pool with a hot tub, a smaller indoor pool, gym, restaurants and a nice classy atmosphere. The room was clean and big enough for our needs. I didn't realize I didn't have a microwave when booking and didn't ask for one, but did have a fridge and things for coffee/tea. The bathrobe was a nice touch. Overall one of my best hotel experiences in San Antonio. The price was great!
