Johana was a great bartender at the poolside! Made great drinks and very friendly! Definitely will be back! 10 of 10 rating. Recommend every checks out the Westin & make sure to give Johana a visit! ! Comfortable stay and friendly staff! Looking forward to next time!

Johana is great 10/10 she was great at making drinks & having conversations! No matter how busy she got made sure everyone had their drinks & every was always hydrated, defiantly would come back for her one of the best employees here I’d reccemond being here

I just wanna say give Edwin and Miguel a raise! We arrive at almost 11pm and were starving. The bar area was packed and Edwin was the only staff. I thought for sure…service would be slow and food would suck. This guy was a magician! Our food came out quick and it was delicious. He was cool as a cucumber and you would never think he was under any type of stress. Great asset to the Bonvoy culture. Miguel is also a gem!

We were in San Antonio for a couple of days to celebrate our 32nd anniversary and stayed here because we had had our wedding reception here. It was really special to come back! Amie at the front desk left a card that said "Happy Anniversary!" and a little plate with petit fours in our room. That was so sweet of her!!!

Great experience. Centrally located to everything. Only suggestion would be adding a light outside the bathroom or a mirror over the desk, as there was a good light there. Dinner at bar was delicious. Overall, great hotel!
