It has been a very long time since I had service like I did at The Grand Hyatt. We were met by 3 different people before I ever got to the checkout desk. Our car was valet parked, someone brought our cart to the front desk, and another person brought it to the room and unloaded it into the closet. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our TV reception and within 10 minutes, someone was at our door to help. Housekeeping provided anything I asked for, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would have changed was having a colder room. (I get hot very easily.) I had it on 66 and was still feeling warm; I noticed there are limited vents. I'll emphasize that it was not miserable; just definitely not 66 - felt more like 71 or 72 to me. Of course, this is Texas - it's always hot! Overall, it was the best hotel stay I've had in a while.

Such a nice hotel! It was steps away from the convention center. The location is ideal for a vacation because there are so many options for activities!

We reserved a clubhouse with 2 adjoining rooms and the price was very reasonable. Great option to come to the Riverwalk and be able to explore by foot.

Stayed to be close to the convention center and it was about a 1 min walk away. The riverwalk was about 2min and 5min to restaurants. They met me with a cart, loaded my luggage and unloaded in our room. The room was clean and beds comfy.
