Everything about this hotel was amazing , customer services was very helpful, food was really good , and the room was very clean , bed soft and also the pillows very comfortable. Good experience

Very nice hotel. Stayed for a visit for a medical situation. Very clean and quiet location. Not much activity so the morning breakfast was not very well stocked. However it met our needs.

There was NO hot water in the room when I woke in the morning. I couldn't get warm water from the sink or shower, so after trying for 10 minutes (waiting for the temperature to improve) I went ahead and took a cold shower. When I went to the lobby to complain, the clerk told me that they had been working on the boiler, and that she would have someone reset it. I had already suffered the cold shower and had to leave the hotel for my travels; the clerk said that there was nothing they could do for me (no apology, no offer of any type of compensation).

This is a very good basic hotel. I think the value is amazing considering what I paid and what I got. If you are cutting corners and still want a nice place to stay, this is great.
