Good, except for super loud fire alarm that went off bc it wasn’t reset correctly. Almost blew out my ear drums. Other than that, the hotel is lovely!

Very loud banging and drilling at 7Am on the weekend. When addressed with mgmt basically sorry they work everyday 7 am to 5 pm.

Room was not cleaned after the first night. Dealt with it without complaint. Construction made the river front dirty but acceptable.

This was a great hotel very easy on/off the freeway. Yes, it's on the riverwalk but about a 20-minute walk to the heart of the riverwalk where the mall/restaurants are. When we arrived, the young lady who checked us in was very friendly. Yes, the hotel is going through some renovations, but our room was completely renovated and beautiful. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice location, central to downtown and the Pearl. Love that Bourbon St Restaurant is connected. My room did not have hot water.

Stayed in 401 newly remodeled. Very nice, new, modern fixtures and furniture exceeded expectations. Hotel is 1/2 way between Pearl district and Downtown Riverwalk, a good 20 minute walk or $8 Lyft each way.

The room was amazing and the staff are really friendly. Upon first arriving, Marisol was very informative and attentive to our needs. She was really kind and ultimately made the stay a lot better. The rooms were wayy better than the photos, everything looked modern. A cleaner came by and cleaned the room fast and efficiently. Overall, great customer service and spectacular rooms. The pool and hot tub was great as well :)
