En la Recepción no había nadie al Pendiente tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos a que saliera 1 persona Atendernos, la Habitacion sucia, Alfombras manchadas, sabanas de las Camas pintadas, no tenian cobijas ni almohadas extra, el Estacionamiento con Basura y mal Olor, no estuvimos ni 10 minutos y regresamos a la Recepción y otra ves a esperar a que saliera alguien atendernos, le comentamos que no ibamos a tomar la Habitacion por las condiciones de higiene y el estado de la misma, a lo cual solicito el Reembolso del Costo de la Reservacion, Porfavor

I don't recommend this hotel to no one hotel room super dirty the first room I got no ac, no TV, room smelled really bad I had to go and complain they change it to another room and cleanness was not good and I was having key card problems and I couldn't sleep well at night their's alot of homeless people outside in the parking area didn't feel safe I will never go again to this location

I was there for one night only and it was the worst hotel room I’ve ever been. Nothing was clean, there were insects in the restroom. The blankets were dirty, the restroom was dirty everything was really bad. It said they had breakfast and they don’t!

The staff does the best they can with what they have. The property is in total abandon: Faucets leak, heater didn't work, pebbles on the worn-out carpet, bathroom door frame is coming apart, bathtub is stained from the constant leaking.
