The room was extremely clean and everything was functional. The staff were friendly and attentive plus the location was perfect. I would definitely come again!

Room too small and outdated. Staff was friendly but the only reason I am posting this review is that our truck got broken into and apparently it happens very often in this hotel after talking to some locals. Very disappointed with the overall experience, you can agree that when something like that happens and you receive zero support from the property management it leaves a really bad taste, especially if it is a common reoccurrence… read some of the other reviews.

Excelente ubicacion frente al aeropuerto, facil acceso al North Star Mall a pie.
Mi reservacion incluia desayuno y en el hotel me indicaron que ya no tenian este servicio, hay un bistro, el menu es limitado, no hay opciones de alimentos para niños y los precios son altos.
Pedi 2 dias que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación y nunca acudio el personal de limpieza.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. Not having a microwave in the room was inconvenient and the refrigerator did not work very well. Overall, the room was fine, nothing spectacular.

It wasn’t the nicest courtyard that I have stayed in. I requested a 1 PM check-in which they said was doable, but my room was not ready until 4:15 PM. They were kind enough to hold our luggage for us because we had already gotten it all out of the car before we realized we could not check in yet. When we picked our luggage up, the lady at the desk gave us free waters, so that was nice. It just was not as updated As most courtyards, I have stayed in.
