I really enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff was so friendly and inviting. Very clean. Airport shuttle staff are very friendly and helpful. MUST STAY

Best price vs quality ratio you can get for an immediate nearby location to the San Antonio Airport.

The hotel is still very convenient to go around. It is next to the expressway, and the airport is fast to and from. The younger brothers at the front desk are more female than the other.

Location is close to everything. I was in town just for the night and needed a room just to sleep. This was the most affordable safest location in the San Antonio area. I found the price to be $20 less on *******. The front desk agent was rude & said she couldn’t match the price. It was a problem for her to assist me, so I stood there and booked it on the ******* app, saved me money and then told her I needed to check in. She was not kind. Save yourself a few dollars by booking via *******.

The carpet in the room was sticky and the room wreaked of chemical cleaner. It should have been aired out longer before being used by a guest.

Property is showing it's age. Rooms need updating, bathroom needs updating. Ice machine leaking all over the floor, creating a slip and fall hazard.

Lady front desk was very rude, we asked for early check in and she said no to us then another couple came in and she told them I can check you in now

Nothing the general that checked me in was okay but front desk so not friendly and rude hateful as a general manager myself I believe there needs to be some retaining and new hiring carpets need cleaned worse way mild on tub

Front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Took more than 15 min to check in with 1 person in front front. Lobby is not clean.

We stayed here for two nights, it was oké. Could be better could be worse. Close to the airport but you hardly notice that. Our ac was a bit noisy, bathroom was excellent, breakfast was crowded but oké.

Room was not ready by the time of check in went back and forth for several times check in time was at 3pm didn’t get a room until 6pm

My room had soaking wet floors. They were sopping and when I requested a new room they said I could take it up with ******* but there is nothing they could do.
