Very comfortable stay!

My first room was room 218. I went upstairs to the room, first I couldn't open a door with the key, the other key worked, finally opened the door. The the door didnot close. I don't know, why could I close the door but it wouldn't close all the way? So I couldn't lock it. I'll say that was unsafe for me to sleep in that room that night. I didn't take pictures of this room i was trying to get out of there. But everything in there was super old and nasty, and the foundation looks like it was about to collapse. When I called to switch room? The front desk lady ask me, what's wrong with it? And I told her everything. Look, I can sleep in any condition but this an unsafe room.I can't lock the door so I can't sleep in here. So she gave me another room, which was 326 on the 3rd floor. Not any better but i could lock it. When I came back from the track meet. I tried to use my key, Icouldn't get in how you just give me a key early in the day then I come back and it doesn't work matter of fact when I checked out at 2 or 3 something that's whatever time I checked out. Somebody else is complaining that they key didn't work. And on top of that, it was so noisy, I could not sleep the whole night, too much traffic back-and-forth in and out. It just felt like a trap house hotel. That's putting it nicely. I did not feel safe, so I needed to get the heck out of there. I would never recommend this place to anyone less long a homeless person. My intution so LEAVEEEEEEE!

Room was dirty and smelled musty. Had to purchase cleaning supplies. The stove top wasn't connected, and even after connection it didn't work. Maintenance had to swap it out for another. There wasn't any kitchen utensils, cookware, or dishware as promised...had to purchase those items. Bathtub faucet leaked profusely. Maintenance tried to repair but was unable. The key reader on the door didn't not work properly. Had to call the front desk each day, sometimes twice, just to get into the room. Requested another room, but told nothing was available. Due to prepaying with **********, considered third-party by the hotel, they wouldn't cancel or refund the reservation. We were stuck.

Not good. This is the second time I stay here but this time was worse. When we got there, we had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like smoke or something. The second room did smell clean but there were hairs in the bathroom. We also saw three roaches in the room, one was even in the coffee machine. There was no tv remote, no toaster, microwave was missing the plate, and the stove did not work. Lights in refrigerator flickered and outlets near sink did not work. Also, there was a hole in the bathroom door filled up toilet paper that kind of grossed us out. But the beds were nice and the maintenance guy was very helpful since he replaced the stove for us. Also, there was a mixup with the deposit since we switched rooms so we almost didn’t get it back. If you are on a budget and just need a place to stay overnight and during the day be out then it might work for you, but for the most part but there are many things that need to be fixed.

Dirty bathtub, dirty towels, no hot water until it had to be addressed, I was gravitated by the beautiful photos of the motel. Totally the oppsite from the photos.

Rooms are not the cleanest there’s always spiders and spiderwebs that I have to clean up when checking in here but for the price it’s tolerable
