Un elevador estaba descompuesto. La tele de mi cuarto no servía. No se podía apagar el aire acondicionado. Se ve descuidado el hotel, con rayones en las paredes. No me encantó.

No me volveré a quedar en ese hotel, pague mucho por el cuarto y no teníamos ni jabón, ni shampoo, pedimos que nos pusieran y lo hicieron hasta el último día, la presión del agua de la regadera subía y bajaba, al llegar una noche no podíamos entrar al cuarto porque no sé cómo se puso el pasador de la puerta y no se podía quitar por fuera y el empleado que nos fue a revisar sólo decía malas palabras al no poder abrir la puerta ni quitar el pasador, eso es una falta de respeto muy grande

Alberto was amazing upon check in. Very nice and accommodating, the room was great. Very clean and well maintained. I did get overcharged for my pet but I called and they issued a refund for the difference. I would stay again.
