Very clean and comfortable, breakfast was really calm and nice, room was very clean, space was efficient —- there was an unknown humming in the bathroom but not a super big deal — not sure what ‘incidentals’ mean when paying $20 but hopefully that money should be reimbursed

The location was great for going to tourist locations - Alamo, River Walk. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was typical Marriott breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Surprised Marriott puts their name on these properties. The lobby had chairs that were filthy ( staff said being replaced). But it gave you a bad feeling when you came in. Our carpet in the room had a tear that was a safety hazard. Room done in all browns - drab, made it seem cheap. Windows were filthy. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed for work for a couple of nights. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. They also had security watch the parking lot at night. The location is also great, lots of stuff near hotel. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
