Pros: Location, Front Desk Clerk service ( Latoya was very helpful and friendly), Price
Cons: Hot Water Issue, some small cleaning issues
This is a get what you pay for type of motel. This is by no means a 5 Star hotel, but was exactly what I needed for the weekend. Would stay here again.

Sink is the restroom was badly stopped up, fingerprints on the microwave, and dust on the lamp by the bed. Remote control was worn, couldn’t see some letters on it. Stains on towels.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is always good. It is located near the Medical Center and Six Flogs. It is also located near many restaurants and shops.
I always enjoy my stay.

Stayed for one night. Front seat advised there’s only 2 rooms available, one in 3rd floor and one on 1st floor. 3rd floor needs to be checked but 1st floor is ready.
I took the room on first floor.
Walked in the room found it neat and organized. Jumped in the shower and that’s where I found a bad water faucet that does not allow me to regulate water and I can’t get the hot water to flow properly. I ended up taking a cold shower and turned the heater on to warm up.
How could the staff clean the shower and not notice the lack of water. Why not close the room until repairs are complete?
I won’t stay at this place again.

Check-in took a half hour, and then our room wasn't prepared. Breakfast was probably the worst continental breakfast I've had -- the coffee was light brown in color. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and nice. You get a clean, nice hotel for the price if you are willing to wait through a long check-in and are prepared to buy coffee in the morning.
