Everything looks nice in this hotel, that is, if you can see it. Their lighting in halls and elevators is so dim you would think the place is running on backup power. We stayed in a Serenity Suite for a week and each day, our frustrations grew: they ask you to recycle towels but then there was not a single towel bar in the fancy bathroom. There was no shelf for our things in the shower. At night, to not trip over towels and the tub that is partially in the bedroom, we had to take the desk lamp into the bathroom as a nightlight. The air conditioning blows out of a soffit above the bed directly over you, leaving you stuffy in the morning (until you figure out you can stuff socks in half of the vent). Full length mirror is placed in the entry hallway where there is bad lighting. Just a lot of poor decisions that lead to a frustrating stay, especially for the $.
