Overcharged me on what I was quoted and offered with my corporate discount and valet parking and the manager didn’t even care

Adam M. is the best server in the restaurant! Knows his menu and everything about it! Request him and only him!! Loved the drinks from the bar we had an espresso martini and it was one of the best in the city! Would definitely be stopping by again soon for some dessert and drinks!

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was amazing as soon as I walked through the door.

Great all around. Used AMEX hotel credit and got great value. They upgraded us to king suite with corner huge window overlooking San antonio. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Great rooftop bar. Didn’t use spa or pool so can’t speak to their quality but I’m sure it’s good. Rooms and art are unique and have an overall great masculine scent that matches the dark aesthetics.

The room was excellent and staff was very friendly. Only issue was 52.00 for valet parking. That's a bit steep however the in and out option was great.

Great stay but what truly set this place apart was their service. Specifically, I’d like to recognize Azeem at the front desk for his hospitality and ability to stay warm and calm, despite a room issue we had. Upon arrival, our room was not ready and we were also assigned a different type of room. Long story short, Azeem handled the situation with great care, never flinching for a moment, and solved the issue with much grace. More and more, it is the front end experience that can set the stage for a wonderful (or terrible) stay and Azeem should be recognized for how well he represents the Thompson brand.

A wonderful experiences: the best views of SA and the best room ever with our Thompson suite. From a large oval bathtub with double standing shower, lounge chairs at balcony with beautiful city views, new and clean bedding, spacious living room with many amenities, delicious food and great staffs. It is just so perfect and we all love it. Great value with AE fine hotel booking $125 hotel credit plus breakfast and 4pm late checkout. Highly recommended!

The best hotel we’ve stayed at.everyone was very friendly from the front seat to the spa and the pool and the restaurants it was a good experience and we will definitely be coming back.

My second time staying at Thompson San Antonio Riverwalk. This is the ONLY hotel I will stay at in San Antonio. If it isn't available I will readjust my dates until it is! From the moment I see the valet, checking in at the front desk, and eating at LANDRACE, the service has been consistently great! Shoutout to Gage and Diego at the bar for being accommodating!! Can't wait to come back!!
