Came in for an event Saturday night. After we got to the room, we heard a large group of people laughing and talking super loudly. For the life of us, we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. We were on the 8th floor. It wasn’t next door on either side, so it was a total mystery.

Billed incorrectly for my room. $100 ticket worth of lunch charged to my room incorrectly (we didn't eat there for lunch). Can't get a resolution from staff or response. Terrible customer service. Hidden and fraudulent fees added to my bill.

Hotel was a very nice & quiet place to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Riverwalk. Only wish there would've been a few more choices of restaurants, etc in the area. Or @ the least some transportation provided by the hotel to those areas b/c parking is very tough in the Riverwalk / Market areas of San Antonio

Overall, the hotel was average, with okay service. It is not the best location to be out at night with family or friends. I did not participate in any of the amenities because they were either closed or not open during my stay. If you have flexibility, consider other options.

We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and Vanessa provided amazing service. She was attentive and the food/ drinks were amazing! We will definitely be coming back and recommending the moons daughter to our friends and family!

Such a beautiful and well kept hotel! Great location by the river walk and great places to visit. The amenities were also great. The food was good and the bar on the top floor had amazing views. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Staff always went above and beyond!!!! They were super friendly and courteous and always available to help with any need. Valet service was excellent as well! I would absolutely stay here again on a future visit!
