Location was very perfect for where I needed to get to and from and the staff was very helpful and very friendly.....the room was very clean and bed was very comfortable and cozy and everything was just as good as can be....hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and other places

The room and room rate was reasonable for the San Antonio area. Check out was a problem because the manager was not on-site and the person checking me out did not know how to provide a zero-balance receipt. I actually stopped in another day to get a receipt and got no satisfaction because the same person was there with no manger around. I asked on three separate occasions to have the receipt sent to me via E-Mail and still haven't received a receipt after two weeks. Also, I had booked my room for two nights, but when I tried to get to the hotel on the second night, the Interstate service road on which the hotel is located was blocked for construction. I drove around for over three hours trying to get to the hotel because I had left belongings in the room from the first night's stay. I finally resorted to driving up the one-way service road in the wrong direction to get to the hotel. The hotel management had to know that access to the hotel would be blocked for that night, but I suspect that they failed to inform ******* that the hotel would be inaccessible that night. .

I called the front desk repeatedly and never got an answer.
The lughts by the bed didn't work, and neither did the electric outlets.
No plastic cups and no Kleenex.

This was a poorly taken care of property. We cold smell smoke even though we asked for non smoking. There was mold in restroom. Toilet seat was torn up. The handle to turn on and off the shower was broken.
The door to the room had no saftey lock because it was broken. We saw roaches in the microwave. The Sheetrock in the restroom was coming apart from the top.

This was the dirtiest Hotel I have stayed at. The linens had burn holes. Towels terrible. It had roaches. I do not recommend anyone give this place money!!!
