A good place to stay for the price room is a nice size bed is very nice size bathroom light is bright very comfortable

You can hear the neighbors as if they were in your room with you and the room is suppose to be nonsmoking and it smells so bad of cigarettes. It's only my daughter and I and there's only 2 small pillows on the bed and only 2 small towels in the restroom. No hands towels or wash cloths. I guess it's ok just to spend a night and be out in the morning but not long stays

My room was okay there was no restaurant in walking distance. The area people were approaching me looking for ***** very bad area for that

The staff was wonderful it has affordable rates and they gave me my favorite room number from last time Def going to keep coming back 😊

no soap to take shower bathub had black stains not using tjis hotel in the near future

It's don't look how they have it online and it was not clean the tub had dry paint or something in that was not coming up and it had bugs in the rooms and the refrigerator has brown stuff in it the experience was terrible if i couldn't get my money back for it

Highway or trains were so noisy, it was really hard to sleep.

There were floaters in the toilet when I arrived and the toilet was stopped up. Also no soap or towels. First time had this problem.

The room isn't the like the pic they are remodeling and I think that the pic os what is supposed to be the after. I was shocked to see roaches move from hiding underneath my suitcase when I went to get it and not just one several that I had to turn on the lights to sleep so that they didn't come out at night. Second I was told was non smoking room but when we walked in it smelled like smoke. This is the first bad experience I've had in any hotel

The toilet lid fell off when I opened the toilet. the room smelled like ****. There were bugs everywhere. It was dirty and the grounds were not inviting at all. I only stayed one night even though I paid for 4 nights and it was non refundable. It felt very unsafe.

Want a great view? Very nice neighborhood? Want to feel safe? Want to enjoy luxurious newly renovated rooms and amenities? Then stay somewhere else bcuz this is not that.

It was pretty good the hotel was doing renovations the hole time I was there which wasn't too bad they could of updated the beds in every room that wasn't being renovated first 2nd the magnetic key didn’t work half the time so the should of updated the locking systems on the doors first and foremost! But everyone was pretty nice including the guests that were there. Only thing that really ****** was they Only open the pool Friday, Saturday, and Sunday which since it is in San Antonio and it was over 100 degrees every day i was there it should of been open every day in my opinion!

I really love the place but I did not like when i was locked my door and when i come back to enter to my room the key was not allow me to unlock my door else the property service they enter in my room by not my permission second please try to fixing A/C round the property because it’s creating water when AC is on. Make sure to be respectful for entire in room by without the owner to knows

Most horrible extended stay I have ever seen. Outside presence looks neat and run down. Looks like homeless area and dirty appearance. Normally accept pets but this location did not.
