Happy to return to this well managed and well located property. Thanks to Levi for applying his craft into our caffeine and cocktails, and to Mary for greeting us like family, and for overseeing a great restaurant. Spotless rooms and common areas, free parking, pet friendly, restaurant on site and lots of dining options around the immediate area. Great evening receptions with live music. Only suggestions are to add charging stations in the lobby, magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms.

Their was a fire alarm, we had to leave the room for a while. Had to use the stairs to go up, elevators took a couple hours to restart. Of all the embassy hotels Iv stayed at Iv never had a problem with the free drinks. My first two nights were fine my third night the bartender only gave me 2 and said he couldn’t give me anymore it was two per customer. I told him that’s never been an issue. Must of been a race thing, cause all the other white guys at the bar were drinking away. I also did experience some attitude from a white race employee that was uncalled for.

It is a very beautiful hotel. Breakfast was excellent like always. The male and female bartenders for the evening cocktails were super friendly and attentive to our needs. The only thing is I got a suite on the 6th floor and notice there was no trash cans except for the bathrooms. I did call for them to bring me an extra trash can because I like clean up after we eat and the receptionist said they would get us on but they never did. I didn't like going to the bathroom to throw our trash but that's the only thing. They need to put a small trash can under the sink would be nice for those of us that are spending multiple night.

The hotel was the location for a family celebration and the facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious (suite). The hotel staff (check-in receptionist, bar, and restaurant staff) were courteous and friendly.
