Staff was friendly and helpful, only downside was you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room and the a/c didn’t work well. We did not know that and would wonder why we would come back to our room not being cleaned. Other than that our experience was pretty good overall

Hidden cost for parking $40 per night. The parking should be included in the night since the room itself is not cheap.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Alamo and the River Walk. Friendly staff, and nice amenities.

Paid $208 for my room but then was asked for $36 parking fee and the complementary breakfast was $10 a person

First of all, check was easy and fast. They were able to provide concierge service for us that day - held our bags from early mid-morning arrival until whenever we returned in the afternoon when our room would be ready. Very friendly sand accommodating staff. Parking behind the building; they don't have any cameras out there but the brightest lights at night - seemed like probably the best/safest outside parking available in the area It's a short 4 minute walk to the Riverwalk area but through a couple of blocks of old downtown and great building and business access on that walk. Yes we had a great time on the Riverwalk, exploring the shops and restaurants, visiting the Alamo, etc, etc. Our room was very well appointed, all the amenities one needs, the bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky about beds!), the room was VERY clean - corner to corner. all window coverings, faucets, drains worked great, the street noise was negligent, the upgraded and recent reno's where high-end and topnotch. We really felt like we won a lottery staying at this Best Western; it was awesome for everything from it's location to it's parking to it's clean room and clean common areas and outstanding pleasant staff. Loved it!
