Staff was friendly and helpful, only downside was you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room and the a/c didn’t work well. We did not know that and would wonder why we would come back to our room not being cleaned. Other than that our experience was pretty good overall

My husband and I decided that we would take a little road trip and spend a couple of days in San Antonio. We have never stayed in the Riverwalk area, so we decided it was time. The hotel was beautiful and it was within walking distance of everywhere we went. We would definitely stay here again!

I call this hotel 2nd BestWestern. This is an older building and it needs some spit an polish. The staff was very nice and helpful, but no one told me we had to request our room be made up every day. I have NEVER had to do that at a hotel before. Our room was basically clean but small details like the baseboards hadn't seen a dusting in some time. The bed was comfy and bathroom was decent. They have a $10 breakfast buffet that is adequate, they comped us for two days on this. The location is great 8-10 min walk to the river walk and about 20 mins tot the airport. I would probably stay here again but if your looking for modern shiny and cosmopolitan, it may not be for you

After having to pay close to $300 for the room which i reserved and paid in advance, I still had to pay $40 per night for parking which is ridiculous. The continental breakfast wasnt free either, they charged $10 per person. I will never stay here again. The room was tiny and average. The only redeeming quality was the heater worked well. But having to pay to park at a hotel i already bought a room at and have to pay for what is supposed to be a free breakfast is not ok.
