La persona que atendió recepción en la noche del 10 al 11 de febrero turno de la noche, un completo desubicado, muy falto de respeto y altanero, fuera de contexto, los demás muy amables, no tienes opciones de alimentos pero en general esta conservado y limpio

El hotel me gustó y lo volveré a usar. Mi único problema es que la reserva la hice por medio de ********** y cuando llego al front desk me dicen que no tienen ninguna reserva. Muestro el correo que me envió ********** y buscan pero no encuentran nada. Gracias a que quedaban dos habitaciones pude quedarme en el hotel. No vuelvo a usar esta plataforma.

El hotel en sí es bueno, pero las instalaciones ya están un poco viejas, quitando eso esta muy bien, buena atención y rapidez en atención, lo unció malo es que no tiene aire acondicionado y los cuartos son calientes, me imagino que sin así ya que el lugar es frío.

De la peores experiencias vividas en un hotel! La tarifa es de $5.000 y te imaginas que vas a recibir un servicio premium 1.- Los del valet parking pésimo servicio maltratan los coches 2.-pésimo servicio de Internet no llegan a las habitaciones 3. No tienen agua en las habitaciones 4. Habitaciones cero equipado con tecnología 5. No te incluye literal nada por el costo , no te ofrecen ni la bienvenida 6. el restaurante es de lo más básico por un costo altísimo 7. Te cobran por valet No vale la pena gastar tanto por tan deprimente experiencia

Solo asisti al restaurante... pero la experiencia no fue del todo agradable no obstante lo hermoso del lugar y sus jardines... la sama qué nos atendió no fue cordial y el servicio fue pésimo al grafo de lo que se le solicitaba ... además de no atenderlo decía... "ahhh si ya viene esta listo..."... tales como cubiertos... jugos o las sopas que llevó nunca se aseguro que estuvieran calientes... tuvimos que solicitar wl cambio definitivo de la persona... definitivamente fueron demasiados coincidencias u olvidos... nada contra de ella todos tenemos malos días.. gracias
