Residence la Meridiana

Appartamento al primo piano, porte interne molto rumorose, servizi igienici molto consumati, x fortuna abbiamo portato noi un fon xche nn c è, due camere da letto ma solo in una c'è l armadio e uno specchio da utilizzare x tutti gli ospiti, i vetri molto sporchi e anche gli angoli delle camere nn puliti. Pagando x una settimana 980 euro potrebbero curare di più il tutto. Un lato positivo è che si trova in una zona tranquilla, a parte alla sera ...il concerto delle rane...

We booked captured by the images published on the Booking platform. The apar**ent looked very nice and the advertisement listed some of the services provided such as a coffee machine and a kettle. In reality they assigned us a different apar**ent from the one seen and booked, the kettle wasn't there, the coffee machine was an old and worn coffee maker. 😣 But the shocking thing is that in December they didn't even provide us with duvets for the beds, only an old wool blanket and a light one at that. Not only that…., in the booking we included and declared the presence of a two-year-old boy who had to sleep in the bed with us because we weren't provided with a cot. The owner is an arrogant and rude person. Given my reports to Booking, for which I did not claim compensation but simply an apology, he sent me a message accusing me of being a smart one looking for an attempt to extort a refund. How disgusting!! He told me he was going to report me for misconduct. Ridiculous ….simply because I complained in a legitimate way. I would like to see what he uses in bed in the month of December. We left the apar**ent cleaner than we found it!! Crazy . Never again!!! I forgot ... the towels are cotton sheets ... impossible to dry after a shower in winter.

My family and I spent a week's holiday in San Bartolomeo al Mare, staying in this residence, we found ourselves very well. Our apar**ent was clean and equipped with everything we needed, we also had a very large terrace with two sun loungers for the sun, the table with chairs and the umbrella. The owners are very kind and helpful. A great experience, we hope to return soon

We stayed for a week in a superior… the two-room apartment is nice and very clean, the linen provided is plentiful but 5 beds are indicated… in reality there is a room with a very comfortable double bed and then there are 3 places that calling them a bed is an understatement... I challenge the owners to sleep a night on the sofa bed and wake up in good shape!! It's ok if the occupants are 2 adults and 2 very small children! We didn't need it but the crockery was also in short supply... so overall good but not great!
