We booked captured by the images published on the Booking platform. The apar**ent looked very nice and the advertisement listed some of the services provided such as a coffee machine and a kettle. In reality they assigned us a different apar**ent from the one seen and booked, the kettle wasn't there, the coffee machine was an old and worn coffee maker. 😣 But the shocking thing is that in December they didn't even provide us with duvets for the beds, only an old wool blanket and a light one at that. Not only that…., in the booking we included and declared the presence of a two-year-old boy who had to sleep in the bed with us because we weren't provided with a cot. The owner is an arrogant and rude person. Given my reports to Booking, for which I did not claim compensation but simply an apology, he sent me a message accusing me of being a smart one looking for an attempt to extort a refund. How disgusting!! He told me he was going to report me for misconduct. Ridiculous ….simply because I complained in a legitimate way. I would like to see what he uses in bed in the month of December. We left the apar**ent cleaner than we found it!! Crazy . Never again!!! I forgot ... the towels are cotton sheets ... impossible to dry after a shower in winter.
