Cose positive: - Vicino al mare - lenzuola ed asciugamani sempre puliti Cose negative: Hotel datato, necessita di ristrutturazione o quantomeno manutenzione ordinaria: - la maniglia del bagno ti rimane in mano -  i muri sono sporchi di muffa e di unto proprio vicino a dove si mette la testa - il doccino è sporco ed incrostato - materassi vecchi, maleodoranti e sfondati - i cuscini erano composti da 2 vecchi guanciali inseriti nella stessa federa - cenere di sigaretta nel corridoio che va alle camere, con tanto di posacenere nel corridoio - il proprietario fuma in reception, al bar mentre ti fa il caffè, nella camera a piano terra, all’ingresso ecc… ovunque praticamente - colazione povera con brioche vecchie e prosciutto non fresco (oserei dire del giorno prima) - odore di sudore in tutto il corridoio che porta alla camera al piano terra - condizionatori (fortunatamente non della nostra camera) arrugginiti - in parte c’è un hotel in fase di ristrutturazione, rumore costante dalle 8:00 della mattina (Translated by Google) UNFORTUNATELY I HAD NOT READ THE REVIEWS. Hotel situato a Porto d'Ascoli, comodissimo ai mezzi pubblici e fronte spiaggia e ristorante convenzionati con la struttura, colazione nella media, parcheggio privato interno. Si devono assolutamente migliorare insonorizzazione delle stanze e i letti.
