This Quality Inn San Bernardino was horrible. It has been the worst place that my family and I stayed in. This place should be closed down and remodeled. My room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room.

This place is disgusting. ***** being done and dealt out of multiple rooms. They didn’t even try to hide it. The room was filthy, the hallway had dirty diapers and vomit most of the day and all night. This place should be condemned. Most of the stairs were so dilapidated that they were blocked off. All of them should be blocked. The rooms don’t have things they should. Ice bucket, the fridge and microwave were filthy. They seem to thing running a rag with bleach is cleaning. Then to top it off, I was told to leave because I have a cat. The check-in person knew. Both of my animals are service animals, so they discriminate also. I told them this this morning and was still told to leave.

Property in the middle of rennovation, so it was too lonely. I was wondering if I was the only one in the hotel.
