A very satisfying stay experience, the hotel also sent cookies

Shower made noise as water was released, t.v would freeze, no breakfast unless you pay 18.00z over all was a comfortable stay.

I went there and I accidentally booked the room on the wrong night said sorry can I get a refund than the guy didn’t want to do it and I lost 155+ and didn’t even stay their and they never refunded me. Cool thanks guys

it’s a good place to stay at didn’t have any problems i would just like the staff to bring more amenities like towels . one thing i don’t like is that they charge you for parking i mean im already paying 1k to stay at the property and to get charged for parking is kinda insane .

Requested wheel chair room wasn't available till second day but eh staff was very helpful it getting us moved when a room opened up. Room ok , wall paper in bathroom was starting to peal and bubble up. Expected food room service to be served but it arrived in a bag, like take out. Not a bad stay but will try a different hotel next time in that area. The staff was great, facility not as expected.

When arrived we were informed that our reservation was canceled in advance with no notice after receiving an email the day before our check in date reminding us of our reservation and to arrive on time. There were no other accommodation available. Later on that night someone else told us the same thing happened to them.

The stay was great but we stayed for 6 days 4 of the days was breakfast 2 kids 2 adults but o day 5 they tell me that it’s for 2 adults! Like what I booked the same

HVAC in the room is very loud. Also, heard a dripping sound in the walls every night (all night). The shower curtain could be a bit longer, so that water doesn't get on the bathroom floor. The shower gel was really nice and the double bathroom sinks were helpful.

Hotel is very nice, fast service. However getting rooms right next to an elevator can be so annoying. Spend the night without a sleep just by hearing loud noises every second.

There was jolly rancher candy pieces on the top sheet when I pulled the cover back. Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 8am. When I answered she walked away and went to someone else’s door. The man opened the door looking confused and she walked away from his door as well. Check out is at noon. Why are you knocking on peoples door at 8am.

The bed was the best , pillows could be a little fluffier. There was no hot water!!!! No matter how long we ran it never got hot

I have to stay in the area for work, Double tree is the nicest place I’ve stayed. Safe parking lot, clean and comfortable accommodations. Very happy.

Front desk staff were friendly and quick at checking us in. Room is clean. Hotel is clean. Beds are comfy.
