El hotel me agradó mucho. La habitación muy comoda, limpia y muy amplia. El plus es la vista a la cascada y las actividades de paso por puente colgante y tiroleza.

En general todo muy bien, la cascada y el cruce del puente espectacular, el equipo increíble también. La alberca demasiado chica sin área para pequeños y bastante turbia.

El hotel está bien, limpio y en un lugar muy tranquilo y sin ruido. La vista de la cascada está muy linda.
Ttuvimos frío y la calefacción no servía y las cobijas que nos dieron estaban súper rasposas. La comida del restaurante aunque está bonito por la vista es muy incipiente.
El spa está bien. La alberca bien. Relación precio calidad queda a la baja

Although the hotel is modern and clean, we were annoyed that key attractions, the suspension bridge over the waterfall, and the walking paths leading down to the river below the waterfall were closed after 3pm, the normal time for checking in.

Food and serving staff are the best things this hotel has. Front office staff needs customer service training. They are never able to do anything without a manager and the manager is never at the property (so they say). Room I recently was in had dead insects in bathroom and near door.
