Un luogo sempre caldo e accogliente, situato direttamente sulle piste da sci, perfetto per godersi la famiglia in vacanza. Rilassante e divertente allo stesso tempo.

Eravamo stati in estate e siamo tornati per qualche giorno sulla neve. L’hotel, l’organizzazione, la ristorazione, la spa ed il personale si confermano di livello assoluto. Abbiamo cambiato tipologia di alloggio e lo chalet sul giardino e’ ancora più caldo e romantico, oltre che comodo. Segnalo inoltre l’incredibile prossimità alle piste e agli impianti(si rientra in hotel con gli sci ai piedi). Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Pina & PostAlpina family.

Le stanze erano pulite e in ordine. Sia la colazione che la cena sono state molto buone. E le persone che ci hanno aiutato sono sempre state molto gentili. I servizi connessi allo sci erano eccellenti. In generale, il posto perfetto per fare una bella vacanza con tutta la famiglia.

Fabulous accommodation, service, food and facilities. Right on the edge of slopes. Chalet was very nice with a jacuzzi. Pool and outdoor sauna lovely. Only drawback was it opened at 4pm which was a little late. Very hard to get a massage as all booked up (they didn’t have enough staff?!). Can’t stream to TV which wasn’t a big deal. Overall was very impressed. BTW - you must try the pizza restaurant at Helm Hotel - awesome and only 10 mins walk away. Buses to San Candido free and reliable.

Wir haben als Familie die Osterferien im Post Alpina verbracht und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst: Kulinarisch top (besonders das Antipasti Buffet - uns hätte dieses schon gereicht), sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, die Zimmer tadellos und gut ausgestattet, das Programm in der Kinderbetreuung hat unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen, Pool & Wellnessbereich hatten sowohl für die Kinder als auch für die Erwachsenen etwas zu bieten (als besonders aufmerksam ist uns dabei aufgefallen dass es für die Kinder allerlei Schwimm-und Spielequipement gab). Komfortabel ist auch der Skiverleih im Haus und dass das Hotel direkt an der Piste gelegen ist (also Ski-In- und Out bietet). Wir möchten jedenfalls wieder kommen!

Albergo molto bello e curato. Abbiamo prenotato la prima di marzo con una famiglia di amici. Ci rimane il ricordo stupendo di persone gentili, ospitali , sempre pronte a farci sentire a casa, tempestivi ad accontentare noi adulti ma soprattutto i più piccoli. La proprietà sempre presente, Isabella in sala sempre sorridente. Ho avuto il piacere di provare anche spa e massaggi, anche qui tutti sorridenti e cordiali. Non è mia abitudine andare due volte nello stesso posto ma questa volta già ci stiamo organizzando per la prossima stagione. Paolo

Settimana molto, molto gradevole, struttura sulle piste da sci, camera ampia e ben distribuita adatta ad una famiglia, colazione e buffet valido e personale pronto a corrispondere alle nostre richieste. Se proprio si volesse trovare "il pelo nell'uovo" proporrei un menù ristorante più territoriale, anche meno elaborato magari con meno piatti di mare se non preparati con materia prima di altissima qualità. La piscina e la spa sono ben attrezzate e speriamo di sfruttarle meglio il prossimo anno! Grazie a tutto lo staff. Alberto

E’ il nostro terzo anno consecutivo e siamo felicissimi! E’ come stare a casa nostra, ma sempre in vacanza! Personale squisito e attento, cucina ottima, piste da sci attaccate e maestri di sci bravissimi con bambini e con adulti! Organizzatissimi anche il noleggio del materiale da sci!

Siamo stati per la terza volta per la settimana bianca con i bambini (9 e 12 anni) e ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno. Si è coccolati tutto il giorno e le piste sono all'uscita della Ski room. La zona wellness è incantevole. Il servizio mini club è ottimo. In questi anni hanno migliorato i loro punti di forza, e non era facile.
