We stayed one night while on a stopover in SF. The hotel receptionist was lovely and took time over getting our information ( he may have been new, so that was forgive-able). The lobby where breakfast is served looked very nice. The whole place looked new. Free hot drinks were available throughout the day it seemed. Very appreciated after a long flight. The room was adequately furnished with a large bed, sink, microwave and coffee/tea facilities. The room faced onto a car park and car washing facility. Bathroom contained a one position removable showerhead, all seemed new and clean. So why only 3*? Gris morning I noticed that all the tops of the furniture were really dusty. Not the high ones but the one the tv was on. None of this was visible or seen the afternoon before as the curtains were drawn/ lights on,so a little disappointed.
