I have stayed here several times recently. Simply put, it is because there is a supermarket next to the hotel. It is very convenient.

Cleaner & bigger space than expected. Parking is limited, but still found a spot. Pretty near to the Silicon Valley.

Clean. Only downside was the fixture in the tub / shower was hard to figure out how to work.

I just liked that I had a quiet peaceful stay, and I liked the breakfast choices, they always have a great variety of items.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff is nice. Lot of restaurants close by.

The management of the hotel is not guest-friendly. The two of us had some urgent work to do; there was a desk in the room, but only one chair. We asked to borrow another chair–any chair–so that we could share the desk and both work at the same time. The manager's reply was "only one chair per room." It would have cost them nothing to let us use a chair from an unoccupied room or even from the breakfast room, since the breakfast room was never full. The refusal was very disappointing. The breakfast was very basic and there was no staff person present during the breakfast hours to replenish the meager supplies that were put out. The first morning the fruit basket contained a few apples and two fairly black bananas; that was the last time we saw any bananas there at all. The toaster was so tiny (I've never seen one so small before) that only one slice of bread or half a small bagel could be toasted at a time. Obviously the guests' comfort and convenience are not a priority at that establishment.

I don’t like the maids clocking at 10:30 trying to goi in to clean when leave time is 11:00 they could wait feel like pressure other then everything is good recommended to stay a night is worth it

Staff is nice and it’s a easy check on rooms are always clean I would recommend to anyone coming to San Carlos area

I love to stay this place ,very clean,just walk to the Shop around the coner,easy to parking, very good housekeeping every day ..Thank you for the very exellent serve !

Unsafe. Not clean. Guest desk staff was disrespectful and rude. Pictures speak for themselves. Was like arriving at a trap house.

Easy check in front desk personnel is always nice.

Pretty clean. Not noisy. Trash in the neighborhood where I jogged. The quieter streets behind the main drag were nice. The front desk clerks and maid were helpful. The continental breakfast was perfectly adequate.

A very good low cost alternative. Nothing fancy, but clean and convenient and small continental breakfast included.

The motel is very clean and the stuffs are very friendly. My daughter and I and my sister we stay here to look for an apartment and it’s comfortable and clean Thank you
