Este agosto hicimos una reserva a través de Booking que fue confirmada y nos dejaron en la calle con niños pequeños, sin darnos otra explicación que la de que no trabajan con Booking aunque nosotros teníamos la reserva en la mons y pudimos comprobar "un situ" que seguían apareciendo en esa aplicación. Se hizo la correspondiente reclamación en las oficinas del INTUR de San Carlos.

Hicimos una reserva confirmada a través de Booking. Hoy cuando hemos llegado nos han dicho, de manera muy desagradable y a pesar de tener la reserva en la mano, que ellos ya no trabajan con Booking y nos han dejado en la calle con 2 niños de 8 años. Por cierto, si lo buscan en Booking ahí lo van a encontrar.

Se descansa muy bien porque no existe ruidos que interrumpa sueño. Ideal para visita de negocio. Bien amable la atención buen servicio. Volveré a ese hostal próximamente por que son bien responsables.
