Excellent services! The hotel is in a perfect location close to downtown, places to eat and the civic center! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the patio gives it a special touch! Super nice to take some time to relax after a long day!

Excellent service from the staff and the rooms are spacious and well decorated, cozy and elegant, very good garlands since the building is old and they have decorated it and left it with everything necessary to spend a few days at the hotel. It has a work desk.

I booked two rooms through *********** from July 31, 2023, to August 4, 2023 (four nights). I checked out after the first night: August 1, 2023. The hotel must be already aware of the reasons: - The photos and description of the hotel on the website don't reflect reality. - The hotel is old and dirty. - Breakfast has no protein. There aren't even eggs! I've never stayed at a hotel with such a "poor" breakfast. There aren't even forks in the coffee. To make matters worse, there were dusty (dirty) pots. Check the photos. - Because the hotel is old, with wooden floors, when other guests open the doors and walk down the hallway, it makes a lot of noise. - The rooms are painted a dark color to hide all the flaws and cracks in the walls. - The bathroom, besides being tiny, is poorly finished, with visible damage to the floor and ceiling. - The room was dirty, with a lot of dust. - The heating is not adjustable: even on a very cold night, the temperature inside the room was 27 degrees. I tried to solve the problem by opening the window, which, besides being old and stuck, was very noisy. You can imagine the "beautiful" night's sleep I had. - The most appropriate name for accommodation is not hotel: it's guesthouse or hostel. In short: never stay in this hotel.
