Hotel Plaza Bariloche

Excellent location (in front of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the Cathedral, and 1 block from the central Miter street) and beautiful view from the breakfast room (from the window you can see the cathedral and the lake). Breakfast is very complete by Argentine standards (coffee, infusions, juices, yogurt, cereals, bread, ham and cheese, fruits). Good attention from the people in charge. There is a small coworking space which is useful, but very noisy because it overlooks the entrance hall. The rooms are good. Excellent heating. They have a TV with many channels but it lacks a minibar. In general it lacks a little maintenance and care. In my room they should redesign the shower, only someone of small size enters. Disabled attention, it is not very accessible: the elevator in my wing did not work and the breakfast room can only be reached by stairs (elevator to the 8th floor and then 1 floor of stairs).

Excellent stay at the Plaza Bariloche hotel with unbeatable value for money. Breakfast is included and is super good. The location is in the heart of the city center. Very accessible by public transport or by car. The room is cozy with a nice decoration, the bedding is comfortable. I recommend it !

Dirt, bad service, cold in the rooms, the truth is that it made me want to be in Bariloche. A Hostel is cleaner and has better service than this place. They promised me one thing on the phone and the reality is that it is the Horror Hotel, with its scary characters

I came with my family to stay and it was a terrible experience. Every day at breakfast, the dining room is full of people and without enough tables for people to sit ****, the rooms with the breakfast option are clearly oversold, since people have to line up to have breakfast. Additionally, they hire common spaces to groups that do activities with loud music until late without even telling passengers that this is going to happen. A total lack of respect, I would never return to this hotel. Regrettable.

I loved. Excellent place and view of the lake. The girls at the reception are very friendly, especially Denise who is very attentive. Perfect location and complete breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. I will be back soon!!! Bariloche is great in summer

Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. The bathroom was not clean when I arrived, there were hairs lying around, which gave an unhygienic feeling. In addition, the view from my room window was only of walls, which greatly detracted from the overall impression of the hotel. The night was extremely noisy due to construction work, which caused significant disruption and poor sleep quality. Furthermore, the handling of breakfast was disappointing. The requirement to set the breakfast time in advance was inconvenient and unnecessary. Room service entered my room without prior notice, which caused awkward moments, especially when I had just taken a shower. The internet connection was extremely unreliable, which made it difficult to work productively. Despite several requests, the situation remained unresolved and my concerns were not adequately addressed. Despite my request to find a quiet room to work, my concerns were not taken seriously and the noise pollution continued. The parking situation was also problematic. Finding a parking space was difficult and time-consuming. Although partner parking lots were available, they were often overcrowded and the fees for alternative parking were prohibitively high ($15). Overall, I felt stressed and uncomfortable during my stay. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

The hotel is nice and clean, with comfortable rooms, the only issue is the elevator, it takes a long time, because they take the food up there, to the 7th floor and we had to go up and down the stairs several times
