La forma de pago esta mal. Mi hija me pagó la estadiá con su tarjeta y no se acreditó por no coincidir titular con pasajero. Cobren de la tarjeta, como en todos lados, y no compliquen a la gente. Como hicieron conmigo. Inentendible procedimiento!

Lamentablemente tuvimos una mala experiencia en el Hostel. Su dueño fue poco amable, con trato grosero e irrespetuoso. Nos alojamos solo 1 día y al realizar el check out a las 11.00 h. nos cobro otro día más, a pesar de que las condiciones del alojamiento en relación a los horarios en la web, hace referencia que el check out es a las 12.00 h. Al no emitir factura alguna del mismo, acudí a la secretaria de Turismo Bariloche a realizar el correspondiente reclamo y me proponen exponer lo sucedido en Defensa del consumidor. Debido al horario de atención y que debía regresar a mi ciudad por fuerza mayor no fue posible continuar con el reclamo. No lo recomiendo!!!
