A localização deixa a desejar pois para se chegar ao Centro Cívico temos que andar cerca de dez minutos, o café da manhã não é dos melhores, o tamanho do quarto é bom mas o banheiro é pequeno e depois do banho o chão fica encharcado, as toalhas só são trocadas a cada três dias, o serviço de TV a cabo nem deveria ser mencionado pois a imagem é impossível de ser vista ( a cor varia de colorida a preto e branco) e os canais ( todos) ficam rolando o tempo inteiro, solicitado ajuda à recepção esta disse que “ a TV a cabo de Bariloche é muito ruim e não presta”, ocorre que em outro hotel na mesma cidade em que ficamos dias antes a TV a cabo era incrivelmente boa. O estacionamento mal cabe três veículos, os demais ficam na rua. Resumindo: hospedagem sofrível, não vale a pena voltar nem de graça
