Fui roubado em meu quarto, reclamei com o Hotel e eles me ignoraram.
Já estive inúmeras vezes em Bariloche e isso NUNCA me aconteceu.
Chamei a Polícia e fiz a denúncia (Boletim de ocorrência), e mesmo assim eles não se manifestaram. Roubaram em meu quarto um AirPOD do último modelo. Provei pelo localizador da Apple onde estava e eles esperaram eu voltar ao Brasil e não se responsabilizaram ainda me bloquearam nas redes sociais.

Et godt beliggende hotel, med en suveræn udsigt, hvis man er villig til at betale for den.
Værelsernes tilstand er når man tænker på pris niveauet helt ved siden af, de var moderne i firserne. Internettet var en on-off oplevelse, meget kritisabel forbindelse.

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the center of things but just at the edge so that the rooms are quite quiet. The rooms, most of which face a magnificent lake view, are comfortable, and the decor is perhaps somewhat dated, almost retro, but I felt had a specific atmosphere. Charming fireplace, big whirlpool tubs in the bathroom, comfortable beds. The hotel will be going a massive transformation to become a Sheraton, and I hope that a lot of the personality of this hotel will not be sacrificed into anonymity. Spa: lovely, warm indoor pool, with a lifeguard (who also politely and tactfully encourages people to shower before entering the pool, so I think this pool is the cleanest one, outside of Japan!) The hot tubs outside can be reserved - a simple process, which avoids queues, and they are lovely and highly recommended, with the lake view. The spa has lots of space, nice sauna, great workout room. Breakfast: tasty, very nice food, home baked sweets and amazing breakfast staff that will do anything possible to accommodate the guests. Staff: not only in the breakfast room, but the check in and front desk were uniformly amazing, as well as the cleaning staff and the spa. Helpful, International level staff.

Estivemos em família numa viagem maravilhosa sendo que passamos por uma greve nacional e a equipe da recepção nos deu todo suporte na hora de postergar nossa estadia!
O quarto é espaçoso e confortável com vista linda porém no verão patagonico, o calor estava forte e o quarto não possui ar condicionado e o frigobar não gela…
Fora esses dois itens, o hotel foi maravilhoso

O atendimento no check-in foi muito ruim, falho. A funcionária estava sozinha atendendo um número grande de hóspedes fazendo checkout e não se expressou de forma adequada conosco que havíamos acabado de chegar ao hotel. Atendimento frio, rude.
O lounge do hotel estava com um cheiro forte de cigarros e meio escuro apesar de ser 11h da manhã. Péssima a impressão visual e olfativa ao chegar.
Ao entrar no quarto que paguei pelo vista, foi uma decepção. A sujeira do lado externo do vidro da janela impedia uma boa visualização do panorama.

Room of good size but Bathroom is very old. Some major up grades are needed. AASAP. Breakfast was ok but with not many options compared to equivalent hotels of same category. Pool and sauna are not very accessible since they open at noon and close early (very strange hours). Hotel is close to the main street and restaurants. Lovely staff, No business center or any other computer to work. Need to follow a marriott standards.

Hotel com excelente localização, bem perto do centro de Bariloche. Fica próximo também de mercado e farmácia. Um dos destaques é a vista do hotel para o lago, que é muito bonita. Apenas achei o banheiro do quarto um pouco apertado e acredito que seria muito melhor sem a banheira. Apesar disso o quarto era confortável e o café da manhã com várias opções. Foi uma estadia agradável.

Lindo hotel, bien ubicado, antiguo pero muy elegante y bonita decoración. La habitación, un poco pequeña, la cama maravillosa, muy cómoda, mucho ruido alrededor del hotel, estábamos en el piso 10, tanto de día como de noche y al interior del hotel y afuera en la calle. Ya que por el calor debíamos abrir la ventana. 32 grados en Bariloche, ya que no tiene aire acondicionada. El baño buena ducha y presión de agua, pero no cuenta con ventana ni extractor y la puerta no cerraba. Lo mejor del hotel la piscina y la terraza con las tinas de hidromasaje, maravillosas con una espectacular vista de la ciudad. El desayuno, pobre y caro, porque además me indicaron reservé sin desayuno, búscamos junto con la recepcionista en la página de reservas y en ninguna parte lo indica. Tampoco me lo mencionaron al registrarme. Y debí pagarlo igual. Solo el del primer día. Porque hay lugares cercanos con desayunos maravillosos por un tercio del valor. Tampoco cuenta con estacionamiento, tienen convenio, lo pagas aparte. Un poco lejos pero un lugar amplio y seguro. Lindo hotel pero por el mismo precio encuentras similares con desayuno y estacionamiento.
