I was robbed in my room, I complained to the Hotel and they ignored me.
I've been to Bariloche countless times and this has NEVER happened to me.
I called the police and made the complaint (incident report), and even then they did not respond. They stole a latest model AirPOD from my room. I proved through the Apple locator where I was and they waited for me to return to Brazil and they were not responsible, they still blocked me on social networks.

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the center of things but just at the edge so that the rooms are quite quiet. The rooms, most of which face a magnificent lake view, are comfortable, and the decor is perhaps somewhat dated, almost retro, but I felt had a specific a**osphere. Charming fireplace, big whirlpool tubs in the bathroom, comfortable beds. The hotel will be going a massive transformation to become a Sheraton, and I hope that a lot of the personality of this hotel will not be sacrificed into anonymity. Spa: lovely, warm indoor pool, with a lifeguard (who also politely and tactfully encourages people to shower before entering the pool, so I think this pool is the cleanest one, outside of Japan!) The hot tubs outside can be reserved - a simple process, which avoids queues, and they are lovely and highly recommended, with the lake view. The spa has lots of space, nice sauna, great workout room. Breakfast: tasty, very nice food, home baked sweets and amazing breakfast staff that will do anything possible to accommodate the guests. Staff: not only in the breakfast room, but the check in and front desk were uniformly amazing, as well as the cleaning staff and the spa. Helpful, International level staff.

We were on a wonderful family trip as we went through a national strike and the reception team gave us all the support when it came to postponing our stay!
The room is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view, but in the Patagonian summer, the heat was strong and the room does not have air conditioning and the minibar does not cool…
Other than these two items, the hotel was wonderful.

The service at check-in was very bad, flawed. The employee was alone serving a large number of guests checking out and did not express herself appropriately to us who had just arrived at the hotel. Cold, rude service.
The hotel lounge had a strong smell of cigarettes and was a bit dark despite it being 11am. The visual and olfactory impression upon arrival was terrible.

Room of good size but Bathroom is very old. Some major up grades are needed. AASAP. Breakfast was ok but with not many options compared to equivalent hotels of same category. Pool and sauna are not very accessible since they open at noon and close early (very strange hours). Hotel is close to the main street and restaurants. Lovely staff, No business center or any other computer to work. Need to follow a marriott standards.

Hotel with excellent location, very close to the center of Bariloche. It is also close to a market and pharmacy. One of the highlights is the hotel's view of the lake, which is very beautiful. I just found the bathroom in the room a little cramped and I believe it would be much better without the bathtub. Despite this, the room was comfortable and the breakfast had several options. It was a pleasant stay.

I went for one night to try and ended up staying 4, from Walter's reception until Agostina checks you in, super friendly and helpful, the beautiful room was super equipped and comfortable. They have a relaxation room with a view of the lake. You need to come to La Paz, which conveys it is incredible, then in the spa you find that if you have any problem it makes you forget about it.
