Hotel muito bem localizado. Talvez seja a sua melhor qualidade. Quartos razoáveis. Não há ar condicionado e a calefação é no prédio, ou seja, você não controla a temperatura no quarto. Uns dias estava frio e outros quente. Isso na Patagônia faz toda a diferença . O staff é educado e o café da manhã bom. O acesso a pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade se faz por uma porta que dá pro restaurante. Faz muita diferença e deveria ser aclarado antes mesmo de fazermos o check in.

El hotel es antiguo pero bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro cívico. Lo malo es el personal del lobby, desinteresado y no intentan resolver ningún problema. Poco atentos y si uno llamaba por telefono lo único que querían era cortar. El Spa está bien el jacuzzi pero no asean entre pasajeros y no dejan toallas para sec****.
El desayuno adecuado pero el personal amable al igual que las mucamas.

Fui junto a mi señora y mi hijo a pasar una noche a este hotel, para empezar al ingresar al mismo hay q subir escaleras, según el conserje, hay una puerta al costado del ingreso por donde uno podría subir en ascensor, pero no lo aclaran antes de ingresar, así que el esfuerzo de subir las escaleras con las valijas lo hice igual, Como positivo tiene la cercanía del centro, pero malisima la señal de WiFi en la habitación, nos dieron un sólo jabón de tocador , un sólo shampoo pequeño para los tres, y además había una sola frazada para 2 camas, Los conserjes de muy mala atención y predisposición, el desayuno muy básico, y para mi señora sin TACC muy escaso, con prácticamente pocas opciones Definitivamente no volveremos a elegir este hotel, ni lo recomiendo

Not a 4 star by any standard. Rooms are small. They are hot even when it is 40f out side. You have to open a window to keep them cool. Then you get street noise. No way to control temp. You shower whole bathroom is wet. Room is to small way to small. Bed is to singles pushed together. Location is the only good thing.

É um hotel localizado no centro. Há bons restaurantes próximos. É um hotel simples. Quarto pequeno. Banheiro muito pequeno. Há um problema tb na refrigeração, pois é central e não se pode adequar a temperatura, observando-se muito quente em vários momentos.

Nos encanto la ubicación de este hotel, casi al frente del centro cívico!! La habitación muy linda, desde la ventana se veía el lago. La cama amplia y cómoda. El baño limpio. El desayuno es bastante completo, los productos son muy frescos y variados; nos pareció todo muy rico. La atención tanto en la recepción como en el comedor muy correcta. Volveríamos!!

El hotel es un hotel aceptable y cumple con su cometido. Lo mejor que tiene sin dudarlo es su ubicacion, frente al Centro Cívico de la Ciudad de Bariloche y a 150 metros aprox. del centro comercial de la ciudad donde se encuentran tiendas y amplia oferta gastronómica. El hotel, sin embargo, no ofrece servicios para ser considerado de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones tienen camas muy comodas, pero los baños lucen viejos, gastados y hasta un poco sucios en sus azulejos y bañera. La mampara del baño deberia ser mas grande, ya que la existente es muy pequeña. El desayuno que ofrecen está bien. No se destaca con nada pero cumple con todos los tipos de dietas que un huesped podría llegar a tener. También ofrece agua caliente y fria sin costo en todo momento. El Sauna y la piscina climatizada ofrecen alternativas interesantes para cuando el clima no permite muchas actividades exteriores. Lo que menos me gustó del hotel, ademas de lo ya referido del baño, es la casi nula oferta gastronomica que ofrecen en su "restaurante". Quise comer algo y solo tenian para ofrecer un tostado de jamon y queso (bastante caro y que no amerita el gasto). Si buscas un hotel de 4 estrellas esta definitivamente no es una buena opción. En cambio si buscas un hotel 3 estrellas, este ofrece cosas interesantes.
