Excelente lugar para ir en familia, empezando por el desayuno que es variado y muy bueno, para mi la ubicacion es ideal, cerca del centro y cerca del cerro, la vista es increible y la pileta esta barbara, la atencion es muy buena, volveriamos sin dudarlo

Llegamos al apart y las habitaciones no tenían agua. Nos dieron baldes con agua para el baño. No podíamos bañarnos ni había calefacción. Realmente nadie resuelve nada. Al lugar le falta mantenimiento y mucho. Lo único lindo es la vista y ubicación. Pileta fría y jacuzzi sucio. Luego de mucho reclamar me devolvieron el valor de la primer noche. No fue buena la experiencia para nada. No lo recomiendo.

Un lugar ideal en pleno contacto con la naturaleza y con un confort apropiado. La cercania al lago es algo destacable. La pileta, en sus dos opciones tiene una temperatura ideal. Yo estuve en abril y la usé de noche: un sueño. Destaco la limpieza, el desayuo y la atencion. Volvería a elegirlo.

Think carefully before booking this hotel. It has a magnificent view. Mountains, snow, you can sleep listening to the waves of the lake. But the hotel stopped in time. Needs renovations. We arrived around midnight and the restaurant was already closed. Highlight for Mr. Mário, who attended to us and provided some snacks. Arriving in the room, there was no heating, single beds for married couples, and worse, the water didn't heat up. The temperature was 1º C. Tired from a long trip, the solution was to sleep without even a shower and wrapped in blankets to escape the freezing room. The claim was a boiler problem. The next day we were moved to another wing of the hotel. The rooms looked like they were from the 60s. Old furniture, poor decor, spring mattresses and old pillows. Weak breakfast, with few options. A simple scrambled egg is charged separately. Hours are limited to 8 am to 10:30 am. In summary: the establishment is well located, on the city's main avenue, and its position is privileged. However, it is clear that the hotel needs an owner. For the price it's charging, it's not worth it. Another absurdity: check-out is at 10am!!! A shame, as I believe it has already been a reference in the hotel industry in Bariloche. Today I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For the price they are charging, the benefit is far from reasonable. I sincerely hope that they can save the project, investing in infrastructure, quality of services and general renovation of the building.

I don't know how they can charge what they charge having miserable rooms.

Eu gostei muito do hotel, me senti muito a vontade, tem otimas acomodações, o nosso quarto era bem espaçoso e muito aconchegante, a cama era maravilhosa, café da manhã era bom e a piscina aquecida era excelente. Porém alguns pontos negativos deixam a desejar: Como o café da manhã era muito bom, mas não era excelente, ou seja com poucas opções e o atendimento de alguns funcionários incomodava, como por exemplo, os recepcionadas não eram agradáveis e nem gentis, a equipe do bar extremamente estrupidos e ignorantes, por eles eu não voltaria mais no hotel, mas o pior de todos são a equipe do bar, ou ''homens'' que ficam no bar que nem se identificam como funcionários mas não tem um tratamento muito bom, são muito chatos, precisa melhorar nessa equipe. Teve um dia da nossa estadia estávamos tomando banho de piscina e o homem do bar fechou a porta da área externa da piscina numa agressividade como se nós fossemos o culpado dele esta ali trabalhando.

Muy agradable, cuenta con desayuno para celíacos. La pileta hermosa.
