La ubicación es perfecta para los que disfrutamos de estar lejos del centro. Hay cervecerías y restaurantes cerca. También un supermercado. Y Playa Bonita. El sector del spa está muy bien. El desayuno muy completo. La habitación nos encantó. Disfrutamos de la hermosa vista y del hidromasaje. El wifi era un poco débil. La única razón por la que no volveríamos es por lo ruidoso de los pisos y lo delgadas que son las paredes. Escuchábamos todas las conversaciones de las habitaciones que teníamos cerca y los pasos que daban los vecinos de arriba, lo que hacía muy difícil poder relajarse en la habitación, cada vez que abrían la puerta los de la habitación de al lado sentíamos como si estuvieran abriendo nuestra puerta. Esa es la única crítica. Todo lo demás impecable.

Me hospede en pareja 2 noches. Elegimos el hotel más que nada por su servicio de Spa. La verdad que la habitación tipo cabaña es súper linda, cómoda y con una vista hermosa. En cuanto al Spa la verdad que una decepción. La temperatura del agua nunca estuvo caliente en su totalidad. Las instalaciones están totalmente desatendidas. Tanto así que el segundo día yendo al vestuario se me desplomó una placa del techo. UNA VERGUENZA. Por suerte no me lastime y tampoco me interesaba discutir en mis vacaciones. Además de eso una de las duchas con cables salidos... Solo llame para avisar. A los 15min lo estaban arreglando... Lo malo? Se pusieron a cortar madera con herramientas ahí mismo... Y la tranquilidad del spa se perdió. El hotel es recomendable únicamente si no desean utilizar SPA. Terrible. Tienen que agradecer que uno no se quejó en el momento pero la verdad no quería malgastar más tiempo.

O hotel é uma delícia!
Muito agradável, os quartos são grandes, confortáveis, de excelente bom gosto, uma vista linda do quarto, ótimo sistema de calefação, limpeza impecável e muito completo em equipamentos.
O café da manhã é ótimo e bem saboroso.
O Spa é bem gostoso, se bem que utilizei apenas a piscina. A jacuzzi podia estar mais quentinha.
O restaurante é ótimo!! Comei um cordeiro desfiado envolto em uma massa filo que estava maravilhoso.
A equipe é sensacional... prestativos, educados, sempre prontos para ajudar e resolver os assuntos que pedi.
A única coisa que pode atrapalhar é a questão de mobilidade, pois o relevo do terreno é íngrime e para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, poderá ter algum tipo de problema para se locomover.

Lo positivo:
- SPA: Piscina climatizada a buena temperatura, grande y limpia. Buen sauna húmedo.
- Habitación: Buena vista de habitación al lago. Vino de cortesía. Muy calurosa.
- Servicio: Verónica y Lorena en el desayuno muy amables, le hacían gracias a mi bebé, un agrado. Nos dejaron check out hasta las 12 para que mi bebé durmiese la siesta, se agradece mucho ! Nos guardaron maletas por un par de horas para ir a almorzar post check out.
A mejorar:
- SPA: sauna seco no estaba a temperatura ninguno de los 3 días que fui en la mañana. Ducha escocesa no funcionaba bien la que probé.
- Habitación: Jacuzzi y ducha tenía zonas gastadas, por reparar. Sucio bajo cama.
Servicio: Pedí cuna para mi bebé cuando agendé hotel y al llegar al check in pregunté por ella y la chica me dijo "sí, ya está ahí". No estaba ni estuvo...
Pedí al agendar a hotel si era posible pieza con jacuzzi que tuviese vista con amplias ventanas a naturaleza, esas fotos me hicieron optar por habitación grande. Les pedí que no fuese justamente el que tenía las ventanas más pequeñas casi sin vista. Al llegar, ese fue el que nos dieron.... o sea, no revisan las solicitudes o necesidades de huéspedes.
En check in pregunté por internet y horarios de algunas cosas y me dicen "todo está en link que te enviaremos..." no cuesta nada dar la info que se pide, sin hacerte perder tiempo en revisar todo... Nos dijeron spa era de 11 a 22, y en spa luego nos dicen era de 10 a 21.

EL hotel es lindo, de estilo rustico con madera y piedra, muy típico de la zona. Tiene una pequeña recepción y estar. La ubicación es linda, sobre la Av. Bustillo, frente al lago Nahuel Huapi, pero a 7 Km del centro de la ciudad, por lo que tener un auto es casi indispensable. El complejo en si es lindo, las habitaciones son cómodas, con hogar a leña pero no tiene aéreas comunes para estar fuera de la habitación, salvo la zona de restaurante y el spa, que estaba algo descuidado. El restaurante si bien es chico es muy bueno, bien atendido, con buena comida y precios accesibles para la zona. El desayuno esta bien servido y es variado. La atención del personal es buena y cordial. La única "critica" es que me parece mal que cobren la leña para el hogar de la habitación. Sin dudas volveria.
