The hotel has an incredible view and the stay was cozy. Without a doubt a great place to rest and enjoy. What we liked most was the space of the room and the beautiful view of the lake.

Spa Hotel with the best views of the lake. I suggest choosing rooms overlooking the lake. Excellent attention. Very good quality breakfast. Pool and Spa not to be missed! It is the fourth time that we have taken a few days off with my husband and we have chosen this hotel. The reception staff are always ready for any request (Matheo, Atenea, Tomás, Luciano, Facundo, Mario, Juano, Ezequiel and Christian), and in the restaurant and bar (Daniel, Ramiro, Quispe, Evelyn, Brian, Maximiliano, Leandro, Matías , Lautaro, Karla, Juan and Pablo) impeccable. I hope I haven't forgotten any since I specifically requested their names. Very close to the Civic Center, you can walk. Knowing him means not looking for another one in Bariloche.

Staff are very nice but this hotel needs work. The rooms are set up with the bare minimum. A couple of times I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Hotel was very nice views but decor needs upgrade. WiFi is very patchy

I am not happy about the tremendous noise!!! My room was in front of the elevator, next to the lobby. I couldn’t close my eyes at night from loudness!!!

In general good, the hotel is a little old and with the basics in rooms. The price is high vs the level, but they are the prices of the area.
