When we booked we were supposed to pay at the hotel but payment was taken online in advance (rather than just as a deposit) meaning we were not able to take advantage of the tourist rate which made our stay much more expensive than expected. This seems to be a confusion between how Trip and the hotel operate. Also be aware that the hotel does not have a card machine so you have to pay via the online system even if in person.
The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly and helpful but the payment really took the shine off of our stay.

We stayed for only one night and had a good stay. It’s close to the center and even if there were a lot of bars around, it was quiet in the room even with the window open. The room was comfortable and clean (besides a few long hairs left on the floor), as were the bedsheets and towels

The property need an update, floor is cracking , poor ventilation.... the price was very high for the poor conditions of the building... the pictures dosnt represent the reality of the hotel.

Ideal central location for walking in the tourist area. Small room so now in the cold season the room can get very hot, but other than that I definitely recommend staying at a Nordic hotel.

We had a very dark room. Some do not have a BIDET, there is no elevator, parking is complicated. There is no transfer to the airport, you have to ask for a taxi or Remiss. Good service in the lobby

I arrived later than check-in time and the room was not ready: if I didn't complain, I think I would still be waiting: laziness, distraction and poor disposition of the employees. No apologies or reasonable explanations! The room was small, dirty, uncomfortable, dark and noisy. Terrible price/quality ratio!!! AVOID IT!!! THERE ARE MANY BETTER DEALS IN THIS CITY
