Quartos confortáveis, porém longe das áreas de lazer do prédio e café da manhã. Este, repetitivo e ruim! Ovos aguados, pouco variedade de pães e doces! E você precisa agendar, não pode tomar o café a hora que quiser, fica condicionado a um horário! Academia fraca, com poucos aparelhos!

Fui con mi hijo a pasar un largo fin de semana. Los cuartos están lejos de la recepción y NO PUEDE PASAR UN UBER O TAXI por ti a tu cuarto. Tiene que llevarte una camioneta del hotel que no está equipada para subir a una persona con movilidad reducida. Ni les importa . Muy poco sensibles. La comida horrible es poco . En los cuartos se escucha todo lo que sucede en los demás cuartos. Jamás volvería . Muy caro para la pobre experiencia que tuvimos . Cuando fui a pedirles que me pudiera llevar el taxi a mi habitación se negaron rotundamente. Hay muchas otras opciones que son mejores .

Increible es poco. Fuimos la segunda quincena de marzo. Excelente la habitacion y las instalaciones. La vista es hermosa. El trato muy amable de todo el personal del hotel. Los desayunos hiper completos, con vista al lago. La cena con una carta muy amplia. Tambien las meriendas. Tienen un local dentro del lobby con agencia de turismo que ofrece excursiones al mismo precio que en el centro. No hace falta moverse para adquirirlas. La pileta climatizada exterior e interior una maravilla y con la vista al huapi. Estamos felices de haber elegido el hotel para pasar unos dias en una de las ciudades que mas amo. Vamos a volver!!!!!!!! Pd: como consejo si hacen excursiones, encarguen las viandas del hotel. Son muy economicas y completas

The hotel is lovely but there is no air conditioner in the room. It can get quite warm. But the grounds are lovely with beautiful views and with artful landscaping. The city is within walking distance, but the hotel is removed enough to be perfectly quiet. Well worth the stay.

Very nice location with views of the lake. Did NOT like the fact that I was charged for water that I did not take from the mini-fridge as we had purchased and brought our own. Never touched the fridge.

Elegimos una habitación suite que, por suerte y por deferencia de los empleados, tenía vista al lago, en el módulo 3. Tenía un balcón hermoso con una vista soñada. No te dan ganas de moverte del lugar. Te llevan en un auto desde los lugares comunes si no te dan ganas de subir y bajar por las tuyas. Quizás el baño para mi gusto no está bien iluminado ( luz blanca) pero es cuestión de gustos. El desayunador es una belleza, muy completo el desayuno y, le recomiendo sin dudas comer en el hotel. Precio, calidad, vista, difíciles de conseguir en Bariloche. Algunos puntos mejorables, la salida y entrada con el vehículo, es un poco burocrática ( piden habitación y patente cada vez que entrás y salís) y recomiendo pedir que la limpieza de la habitación te la hagan por la mañana. La pileta climatizada es un sueño. El gimnasio también, pero esta vez opté por comer alocadamente por lo tanto, lo vi como un enemigo. Ubicación muy buena, si bien no céntrica, es indispensable tener movilidad. Párrafo aparte para la amabilidad de la gente, hago hincapié en los mozos Cristian y Rosa. La limpieza de la habitación, impecable.
