No hot water to shower for new years day, the shower was falling to pieces literally and the bathroom was flooding most of the time.

Habituación no tan limpia con polvo en las sábanas. No respetaron mi pago realizado, no pudieron realizar mi factura. No dan solución ante este tipo de situación, no lo recomiendo.

Debería llam**** jardines de la oscuridad y no jardines de la luz ya que la luz es realmente tenue,
O bien deberían cambiar de nombre y ponerle la cama de piedra porque eso es lo que son sus camas unas piedras , en realidad una verdadera tortura qued**** en este hotel, comenzando porque la cama no tiene cabeceras , la ropa de cama sucia , en especial la de las almohadas , no tienen espejo más que el del baño para pein**** , la iluminación malísima tanto que para peinarme intenté alumbrar un poco más con mi celular, el estacionamiento un lío para poder salir ya que había un evento y taparon la salida con otros vehículos , la regadera salpica el agua por todos lados y la cereza en el pastel, quieres descansar y dede las 7 am se escucha el ruido del restaurante

The hotel is well located., just steps from the OCC and all of the tourist areas. The property is clean and mostly well looked after. The breakfast is excelent. What I did nkt like was the choice of chair used i the rooms, the wooden one is not comfodtable, especially if you need tl work at the little table. The tub / shower in my room was a dangerous disaster. Impossible to shower without flooding the room. When you step out, an awkward stretch, you are faced with wet feet on very slippery tiles and no mat tl step onto. The shower was my biggest complaint. Otherwise, it was OK.
