Fui a un viaje de trabajo a San Cristóbal de las Casas y me hospedé aquí. Todo el servicio fue excelente desde que me recibieron. Hice chek in, me entregaron mi habitación y a descansar. La cama y las almohadas súper cómodas, el aire acondicionado estaba templado a una temperatura perfecta, la ducha en forma de lluvia es riquísima y relajante. Cuentan con servicio de smart tv y tv por cable. El hotel está muy bonito y cuidan cada detalle del entorno para que ahí adentro puedas tener una muestra del pueblo mágico. Además tiene un restaurante que se llama El Colibrí que ofrece cocina gourmet deliciosa, además de una oferta de cocteles bastante amplia.

The entire time at Hacienda Valentino, we were treated like V.I.P.’s. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, and our needs were satisfied. El Hotel es un encanto, cada detalle es hermoso, los cuartos espaciosos, camas para el descanso total con amenidades, la regadera de ensueño. Es el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en mucho tiempo. La comida sublime!

The hotel is nice and cozy with good rooms and a good restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and, during a cold week, they were just amazingly warm - at the right temperature. The staff is very kind and helpful at all times. I strongly recommend Casa Valentino.
