Lidotel San Cristobal

Wonderful hotel. Excellent attention. Room cleaning, cleaning staff, hotel staff, security, reception, hotel restaurant, EVERYTHING, absolutely everything was fantastic. Super educated people, willing to help you, collaborate with what you need. They have taxi service too. The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours and the food is EXCELLENT!!!!

Everything very organized and everyone very attentive 100% recommended... From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everyone was very attentive with a smile from ear to ear, my wife and I were very satisfied with the service provided by Lidotel THANK YOU

It is the best option in San Cristóbal, magnificent location and impeccable service. If you come for business or for long stays it is your best option. Only the bell service, otherwise impeccable, needs to be improved.

My stay was more used to rest, so there is no criticism in this regard. The beds are quite comfortable, the blanket provides enough warmth to enjoy a good rest without being overheated, very fast and effective response with electricity. For me, the only detail was one day when I wanted to enjoy some beers with my co-workers and I got the impression that I didn't want to be served because the consumption was small (understanding perfectly that there was only one employee to provide the service). On the other hand, on the last day in the early morning I received very good and totally sincere attention from the beginning that allowed me to accept the delay time without inconvenience and without that feeling of not being attended to. Congratulations and thank you for your service.

Excellent service, the staff is the best, the rooms and bathrooms are spectacular, the food is divine, the pool area is super nice, I felt at home, I hope to return soon and stay at this wonderful hotel
