Hotel Gigi

All good.

Could not get in front door on several occasions. Bed sheets damp room did not have a table no servicing on room.when I rang for help the manager started to abuse me on the phone said that I hadn’t read the email stating that there was no service despite the email not stating it was an service on request hotel and then getting me evicted from hotel.

This was a very unique experience that was just what we needed. If you are needing a clean private room, comfortable bed, and nice shower in the middle of the East Village this is a great place. No waiting in line to check in, just get your code for the building and your room and that's it. We met Rita, the owner, and she was lovely. We accidentally left our cell phone in our room after checking out and she helped us get back in. Excellent care, service, and space. We will definitely be back.

Great experience. Need small refrigerator for room but otherwise great for price. Great location.

This was not my normal hotel experience, but it was very nice! It was an easy walk to PetCo Park and several fun activities. Room was small, but was perfect for our needs.

This was the most upsetting experience I had in a hotel. No amenities, no one to ask, very tiny room like a jail cell, no room service. Never been in such bad experience. Not cheap too. I don’t recommend.

Everything was great. FYI - there is no shampoo or conditioner in rooms. Rooms are very nice.

The hotel room was okay, it was very loud and you can hear everyone walk down the hall to their own room. We can even hear people talking from their own rooms. We had to put a towel on the bottom of the front door so it wouldn’t be so loud. There is absolutely no parking. You either find parking on the street or at a public parking lot that is 10 min away from the hotel if you are even lucky enough to find one with how packed it is. Parking was very frustrating to find. If you are on a budget, then yes this place is a decent place to stay. However, if you want more privacy and don’t want to hear anyone walking up and down the hall or their conversations, then find a different place to stay. It is in a safe, clean neighborhood, it was just very inconvenient and not much privacy.
