We loved the overall ambience, the friendliness of the crew at the breakfast place, particularly JC who was attentive and engaging.
However, the cleanliness of the room was abhorrent. On our first night, we found dirt, stains and what looked like dried poop on one of the 2 beds when we were able to tuck ourselves to bed, at past midnight. We had to call the night shift housekeeper to change. While he was apologetic about it, the hotel did nothing to check on is the next day. We expected the hotel to follow up on this but no one followed up with us at all despite us saying 5 nights with them. This isn’t how Marriott should be.
