This is a beautiful, clean hotel in Little Italy, a very safe area.. Only a 9 mins walked up to Union from the trolley. It has 2 entrances, one on Front and one on Union. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool and with views of the bay. The pool is one of the upper floor so it is on a rooftop and it is aldo heated. The hotel also has a nice resturant and bar. It was a very comfortable and will stay here again in tbe future.

There is no complimentary of mineral water in my room, only coffee sachets and tea sachets. 😅

The hotel's location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. The property itself is quite new, and the facilities are decent, so it was a reasonably comfortable stay. However, be aware that the location on Google Maps is inaccurate, which led us to drag our luggage quite a distance, and that wasn't a great experience. Also, the service efficiency was a bit slow; it would be even better if they could improve that. Overall, it was still a pretty good stay.

The room was pretty good, but as usual, there were no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. I'm guessing if you ask the front desk, they'd provide them. Hotel parking is 40, and the downstairs parking lot charges 20 for 12 hours.

It's rare to find a hotel with such great value for money in the US! The room has a balcony, the pool is huge, and there are plenty of delicious restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. They even gave us a few free bottles of water at check-in. Highly recommend!

Pros:
The hotel is great.
Nice 24-hour gym, nice pool deck.
Ice machine on each floor.
The people and service are good.
Everything is clean.
Cons:
Elevators are super, super slow.
Towels smell, all of them every time they are changed.
Water pressure in the sink is so low that you can barely wash your hands or rinse a toothbrush. You have to use the bathtub faucet.
Tip: Be careful with the internet. It's free, but there is "enhanced" internet for $5, which is probably easy to accidentally activate, then you get charged.
